We understand that sometimes especially for sending jewelry as a gift to your relatives and family, there are emotions and sentiments involved.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling (re-stocking fee: 5.5% of the price of item purchased) within the 30 days from the day of purchase using our Exchange/Return Instructions.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
Lot of our products are offered through special bargains, event discounts and promotions, please note that while returning, entire lot/numbers are to be returned, part lot or part numbers will not be accepted, for the simple reason that if that is practiced, it no more remains a lot and is no more eligible for the same price but the selection price.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund/replacement or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
