1) All products are shipped from China. For now our International Shipment method
includes only DHL Express Service, still we are offering least shipping charges
compared to all our competitor online stores. We are offering Free Shipping on
Local Orders.
2) We make shipment from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and public holidays.
All orders will dispatch within 48 - 36 Hrs after payment is received because our Quality Assurance department checks your ordered items for
any possible defects. Express Shipping will usually take within 3 to 5 days to arrive for most countries and
3 to 7 days for Southern America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
3) We shall not be held responsible for any delay caused at the customs clearance
point.
4) We can ship to almost any registered address in the world EXCEPT P.O. Box addresses
or Military Base addresses.
5) It is your obligation to provide the correct address details at the time of
ordering. Incase you provide the wrong address; an extra re-routing fee will be
charged from you and Gullei will not be responsible for any loss that occurs because
of wrong address.
6) If your delivery location is classified as an Extended/Remote Delivery Area
by our courier services, additional amount will be charged from you. Location
of Extended Delivery Area can only be verified manually after an order is received.
We will then notify you via email/phone and send an invoice charging you the surcharge.
7) After your order has been shipped, we will notify you through email and will
provide you the Tracking Number so that you can conveniently track online the
whereabouts of your order.
8) Each Express shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery
to your door-front. If there is no one present, the parcel will be sent to the
nearest post office/facility to await your collection. A note will be left in
your post box informing you the branch and its address.
9) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments
from outside your country. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from items and
Shipping charges and are made payable to your government. Customs policies vary
widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for
further information.
10) Our items are shipped using Dimensional Weight instead of actual weight of
the items. Dimensional Weight is a standard formula used throughout the freight
industry that considers a package density or volume when determining charges.
Dimensional weight is used when the weight of a package is inappropriately less
than the actual size of the package - like a box filled with inflated balloons!
11) We perform 100% quality check on all items before shipment. However, in the
unlikelihood of the items being damaged during shipment, please inform by e-mailing
us immediately support@gullei.com. Any complaints for damage made after 3 days of
delivery will not be entertained. You must return defective or damaged goods within
30 days of receipt. We will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject
to availability) at our cost or make a full refund for you depending on your request
once we receive the returned item.
12) If you want to return the item for reasons other than its damaged, you will
have to bear the return cost. We will make a full refund minus shipping charges
once item is received, provided the returned item is in its original packaging
and still in resalable condition. Restocking fee will be 5.5% of the price of
item you purchased.
