Why it is not accepting my credit/debit card?

There could be number of reasons.

Please note that we accept Paypal and all Credit/Debit Cards.
Please make sure your card is eligible to make online payments internationally.
If payment still fails then please contact your bank and ask them to let the payment proceed as in most cases banks assume that someone is misusing the card that is why they do not let the payment proceed.
If you received an error message during making a payment then please clear your browser cache or remove gullei.com cookie by tapping on Lock icon that you will find in address bar of your browser and then try placing an order.

What is order processing time?

Processing Time means the time it takes to prepare your (item)s to ship from our warehouse. It varies from category to category, most of items we ship in 1 - 3 days. For custom engraved/personalized items order processing time is 2 - 4 days. If for any item processing time is more than 2 - 4 days then it is mentioned on that product page in detailed description section.

Currently we are offering 2 shipping ways, their delivery times are given below:

Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping we mostly ship package by either DHL or Postal Express shipping. For Military or PO Box addresses and items that includes batteries are shipped by Postal Express Shipping. Delivery time by DHL/Fedex/Special Line is 3 - 6 business days and by EMS is 4 - 11 days.

Standard Airmail Shipping: Once package is shipped out it takes 8 - 12 business days for package to arrive depending on your country's postal service and customs clearance speed.

Do you ship to PO Box or Military addresses?

Yes we do ship to PO Box and Military addresses. To PO Box addresses package can only be shipped through postal service.

We do not charge any extra tax or order processing fee. In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that from our side we try our best to help you avoid tax by listing items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.

Can i pay in my country's currency?

Yes you can pay in your country's currency. Once you will complete checkout process, on secured SSL billing page you will see an option to pay in a currency of your choice. You can choose from upto 25 currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, INR, JPY, MYR, SGD, RUB, BRL, NZD, KWD and many more.

In which currency prices are mentioned?

Default currency on our website is US Dollars. But you can choose currency of your choice by using Currency Selector option available on top left corner of our website. Also you can pay us in your own currency, on billing page you will be given an option to pay in your country's currency.

For couples jewelry will I get pair of items?

Yes for all our couple's items including couples necklaces, couples rings, couples bracelets, couples watches and couples phone cases if you choose Quantity = 1 you will be getting pair of items means 1 item for men and 1 item for women.

Do we have half ring sizes?

Yes for almost all of our rings we offer half ring sizes. You can see ring sizes on product page.

Can you engrave jewelry?

Yes we can custom engrave jewelry for you. Rings are mostly engrave on inside part, necklaces and bracelets are mostly engraved on inside/back part.

To know where exactly engraving will be done please read detailed description on product page. Please note that default engraving on any of our jewelry can not be changed or removed.

Can I change engraved text on jewelry?

No, default engraving on any of our jewelry item can not be changed or removed. Custom engraving is always done on inside/back part of item unless we especially mention front engraving on product page in detailed instructions section.

How long it usually take to engrave jewelry?

For custom engravable items orders normal order processing time is 2 - 4 days. We usually ship custom engraved items in 2 days.

Can I return custom engraved/personalized items?

No. We are sorry but we personalize item only for you so we do not offer return/refund for personalized items.

Which size standard Gullei.com using for rings?

There are several systems for denoting the sizes of jewellery rings in use around the world: The ISO standard for ring sizes is ISO 8653:1986, which defines standard ring sizes in terms of the inner circumference of the ring measured in millimetres.
- In the United States and Canada, ring sizes are specified using a numerical scale, with quarter and half sizes. An increase of a full size is an increase of 0.032 inch (0.8128 mm) in diameter, or roughly 1/10 inch (more precisely, 0.1005 in or 2.55 mm) in inside circumference.
- In Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia, ring sizes are specified using an alphabetical scale, with half sizes.
- In India, Japan and China, ring sizes are specified using a numerical scale, that only has whole sizes, and does not have simple linear correlation with diameter or circumference.
- In Austria, France, Germany, Belgium and Scandinavia, ring sizes are specified using actual internal circumference in mm (the same as the ISO standard).

How do I know what is my ring size?

If you are not sure about your ring size then we strongly suggest you to please follow below give instructions to measure your finger size before placing an order:

1. Cut a strip of paper or a piece of string. The paper should be no wider than 3/4" (2 cm) and at least 4" (10 cm) long.

2. Wrap the paper or string around the base of the finger to be sized. Make sure the measurement is snug, but not too tight.

3. Mark the string or paper where it completes the circle.

4. Take the length of the paper or string measurement. Measure from the beginning to the mark with a ruler or tape measure.

After placing an order you should receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the order,

For personalized or custom engraved items Order Cancellation request must be sent to [email protected] within 1 hours of placing an order, because once an item is engraved then we are not in a position to cancel an order.

What is your refund policy?

We are totally committed to providing you with the best services possible. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online through our various websites. We understand that sometimes especially for sending jewelry as a gift to your relatives and family, there are emotions and sentiments involved.

If there is any defect in product you receive then complaint must be lodged by emailing to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt of product, otherwise not compensation will be offered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, within the 7 days from the day you receive the package using our Exchange/Return Instructions, please keep in mind that customer will bear returning package shipping fee and product sending shipping fee. Personalized/Custom Engraved/Made to Order products can not be returned or refunded.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier.

Lot of our products are offered through special bargains, event discounts and promotions, please note that while returning, entire lot/numbers are to be returned, part lot or part numbers will not be accepted, for the simple reason that if that is practiced, it no more remains a lot and is no more eligible for the same price but the selection price.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund/replacement or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please note that personalized/customized products can not be returned or exchanged as these are made especially for you, so please take special care during purchasing of personalized products and provide complete and correct information.
