  1. What is order processing time?

    Processing Time means the time it takes to prepare your (item)s to ship from our warehouse. It varies from category to category, most of items we ship in 1 - 3 days. For custom engraved/personalized items order processing time is 2 - 4 days. If for any item processing time is more than 2 - 4 days then it is mentioned on that product page in detailed description section.

  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?

    Currently we are offering 2 shipping ways, their delivery times are given below:

    Standard Airmail Shipping: Once package is shipped it takes 13 - 23 days for package to arrive depending on your country's postal service and customs clearance speed.

    Express Shipping: For express shipping we mostly ship package by either DHL or EMS Express shipping. For Military or PO Box addresses and items that includes batteries are shipped by EMS Express Shipping. Delivery time by DHL is 4 - 6 days and by EMS is 4 - 11 days.

    Yes you can pay in your country's currency. Once you will complete checkout process, on secured SSL billing page you will see an option to pay in a currency of your choice. You can choose from upto 25 currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, INR, JPY, MYR, SGD, RUB, BRL, NZD, KWD and many more.

  5. In which currency prices are mentioned?

    Default currency on our website is US Dollars. But you can choose currency of your choice by using Currency Selector option available on top left corner of our website. Also you can pay us in your own currency, on billing page you will be given an option to pay in your country's currency.

  6. For couples jewelry will I get pair of items?

    Yes for all our couple's items including couples necklaces, couples rings, couples bracelets, couples watches and couples phone cases if you choose Quantity = 1 you will be getting pair of items means 1 item for men and 1 item for women.

    Yes we can custom engrave jewelry for you. Rings are mostly engrave on inside part, necklaces and bracelets are mostly engraved on inside/back part.

    To know where exactly engraving will be done  please read detailed description on product page. Please note that default engraving on any of our jewelry can not be changed or removed.

    No, default engraving on any of our jewelry item can not be changed or removed. Custom engraving is always done on inside/back part of item unless we especially mention front engraving on product page in detailed instructions section.

  4. What is your refund policy?

    We are totally committed to providing you with the best services possible. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online through our various websites. We understand that sometimes especially for sending jewelry as a gift to your relatives and family, there are emotions and sentiments involved.

    If there is any defect in product you receive then complaint must be lodged by emailing to info@gullei.com within 24 hours of receipt of product, otherwise not compensation will be offered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, within the 7 days from the day you receive the package using our Exchange/Return Instructions, please keep in mind that customer will bear returning package shipping fee and product sending shipping fee. Personalized/Custom Engraved/Made to Order products can not be returned or refunded.

    The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier.

    Lot of our products are offered through special bargains, event discounts and promotions, please note that while returning, entire lot/numbers are to be returned, part lot or part numbers will not be accepted, for the simple reason that if that is practiced, it no more remains a lot and is no more eligible for the same price but the selection price.

    All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund/replacement or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

    Please note that personalized/customized products can not be returned or exchanged as these are made especially for you, so please take special care during purchasing of personalized products and provide complete and correct information.

  5. How can I cancel an order?

    Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the order,

    For personalized or custom engraved items Order Cancellation request must be sent to info@gullei.com within 1 hours of placing an order, because once an item is engraved then we are not in a position to cancel an order.

  6. Why I didn’t get a confirmation / shipping email?

    After placing an order you should receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.
    If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam box.
    To ensure that our emails do not go to your spam/junk folder, add info@gullei.com to your email address list.

  7. Is Gullei.com offer dropship service?

    Yes we do offer dropship service. We can ship directly to your customer's address without putting our logo or any any marketing material in package.
