Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. gullei.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Order Processing and Shipping
Gullei.com offers Already Made as well as Personalized Products. Order processing time is normally 2 - 3 days. For Personalized Orders; processing time is 3 - 4 days. By Standard Airmail shipping normal delivery time to South Asia, USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe is 14 - 19 days, rest of countries it is 16 - 25 days. For Express Shipping normal delivery time to South Asia, USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe is 4 - 8 days, rest of countries it is 6 - 13 days. Please note that for international orders Gullei.com can not be held responsible for delayed delivery as delivery time completely depend on packages load on shipping companies due to peak shopping season/naturaldisasters/customs checking speed and other delaying factors. Keeping in mind Gullei.com does not offer fixed delivery time for any of provided shipping ways.

Customs Duty/Tax
Gullei.com tries its best to do everything to avoid customs tax. 99% of customers' packages dont get taxed but incase package get taxed then we will not be responsible for any customs duty/tax levied by receiver's country, it will be paid by receiver. Incase customer refuse to accept the package then for the returning package return shipping fee will be deducted from paid amount along with shipment fee.

Typographical Errors
While gullei.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. gullei.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, gullei.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Customization Policies
Gullei.com make sure to display all possible details of the products by adding different angle photos, material and customization illustration but it is humanly impossible to include all possible details and make the customization look 100% same as shown in illustration that is why gullei.com has sole authority to make changes to customization information provided by the customer due to technical limitations related to engraving and cutting of products for personalization. By placing an order you agree with such minor changes to your order could be made or if you have any specific requirements regarding customization then please contact Gullei.com through an email before placing an order. Gullei.com will not be held responsible for any such complaints made after receiving an item.

Pricing in Different Currencies
Pricing of products sold by gullei.com is based upon figures calculated in U.S. Dollars (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most up to date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non-U.S. denominations of currency on the Site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current.
